Raise your shop rank by finishing commissions and selling dresses. Each rank step adds a few fabrics to the shop: mostly new Silks and Cottons, plus more Velvet colours and every Sequin.
+How many fabrics are there?
359 in Build 446. 156 are sold from the start; the rest unlock between Unknown II and Grandmaster.
+When does Velvet unlock?
28 Velvets are sold from the start; the other 27 unlock across the ranks up to Grandmaster. Pick a rank in the tool to see which ones it adds, or filter the fabric price list by Velvet and sort by rank.
